Happy New Year Friends!… What a better way to start the new year than to announce details of our “2nd Annual Italy Food and Wine Tour”
This year we will be exploring the picturesque towns of the Amalfi Coast!. And once again, we have partnered with Go Ahead Tours Together, we have customized a very special tour that will provide you with a unique cultural and sensory experience.
The Amalfi Coast is a spectacular stretch of coastline in the Campania region along the gulf of Salerno on the Tyrrhenian Sea. This enchanting mountainous shoreline is dotted with pastel colored fishing villages, romantic ancient towns, terraced lemon groves and cliffside vineyards. The cuisine is a delicious combination of land and sea accentuated with the lovely aroma of lemons everywhere!. Expect a wide variety of seasonal fresh vegetables, homemade creamy cheeses, delicious gelato and pastries and locally made wine and liquors.
There are so many fun experiences ahead….We will visit the magical villages of Sorrento, Capri, Ravello, Amalfi, Positano, a cliffside vineyard in Furore, a farmhouse dinner, a cooking class , mozzarella farm tour, Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius …sound enticing?
