I like to start my mornings with a brisk walk/run and then re-hydrate with freshly made vegetable/ fruit juice. Not only do they taste good, they are packed with vitamins, minerals and enzymes. I like to change up the combinations of veggies and fruit and so I keep a variety of fruits and vegetables in my refrigerator and freezer.. Today, I had a bunch of apples, carrots, celery and a fresh bag of baby Power Greens.
RECIPE
5 gala organic apples
5 organic carrots
2 stalks of celery with leaves
1 cup super greens
Wash and drain all the fruit and veggies. I have a Breville Juicer and juiced the veggies on low speed
