Carrot, Apple, Celery and Power Greens Juice

I like to start my mornings with a brisk walk/run and then re-hydrate with freshly made vegetable/ fruit juice. Not only do they taste good, they are packed with vitamins, minerals and enzymes.  I like to change up the combinations of veggies and fruit and so I keep a variety of fruits and vegetables in my refrigerator and freezer..  Today,  I had a bunch of apples, carrots, celery and a fresh bag of baby Power Greens.    This bag of greens consist of baby spinach, bok choy, red and green swiss chard.  I thought the combination would make a refreshing juice especially on this gloomy rainy morning.    I hope you will try it and enjoy it..  I recommend making only the amount of juice that  you and your family will consume right away to minimize oxidation and maximize vitamin and enzyme benefit.
