Summer Night Sipping

Amaretto is a popular Italian liqueur commonly enjoyed as a “digestivo” or after dinner drink. I wanted to balance out it’s sweet almond flavor by muddling tart cherries and topping with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Served over crushed ice, it’s the perfect summer sipper! 

Ingredients 

2 Fresh Cherries – pitted

1/2 oz Amaretto Liqueur

1 oz Sauvignon Blanc

Muddle 1 pitted cherry in 1/2 oz of Amaretto. 

Add 1 oz Sauvignon Blanc & crushed ice.

Stir in 1 split cherry & Enjoy!
