Chicken Milanese
Don’t you love when nonna is frying chicken cutlets on top of the stove? You can’t help but sneak a piece of chicken as you pass through the kitchen… Simple and delicious with just a squeeze of fresh lemon juice…yum
Chicken Milanese is one of those uncomplicated dishes… leftovers can be eaten cold in sandwiches or made into a parmesan with sauce and cheese..
Another wonderful thing about chicken milanese is that the recipe is simple enough to get your kids involved in the process. Bryan & Aiden have been helping me for about a year now and they get so excited to get their hands dirty! Say goodbye to frozen chicken nuggets because I assure you your kids will prefer these instead!
Lets get started by gathering our ingredients and setting up an assembly line.
A little fresh lemon juice & enjoy!
*Chicken cutlets are great for leftovers! Make sandwiches with a little mayo & roasted peppers, prepare a simple chicken caprese by layering tomato slices & fresh mozzarella or melt mozzarella & tomato sauce for chicken parm! The options are endless! Stay tuned for more recipes featuring 3 Italian Sisters Chicken Milanese!
