Pear, Prosciutto, Gorganzola & Arugula Antipasto Bites
It’s Happy Hour…somewhere…how about a quick delicious tidbit to snack on to go along with that cool glass of Prosecco!!
This one is quick and simple to prepare and they look so pretty along with some crisp red grapes
.Prosciutto, Pear, Gorgonzola and Arugula Antipasto bites
1 lb thinly sliced Prosciutto
2 pears, peeled and cut into strips
1/2 lb sliced gorgonzola
! bunch washed arugula leaves
Lay a piece of prosciutto on a flat surface, Place a piece of pear, a piece of cheese and few arugula leaves on top of prosciutto, Then roll ingredients and secure with a toothpick… To add another layer of flavor, drizzle with balsamic glaze…Enjoy
